Sandata Agency Management 02-Client Profile Window 13-Plan of Care

To add a new plan of care to a Client’s profile:

1. Go to the Client Search window under Main Menu > Client.

2. Locate and double click on the Client using the search filters.

3. Next, select Plan of Care.

4. Select the Add icon.

   

5. Enter the plan of care details on the Plan of Care Detail window.

6. Select the Save button.

   

To make an update or change to a Client’s existing Plan of Care:

1. Go to the Client Search window under Main Menu > Client.

2. Locate and double click on the Client using the search filters.

3. Double click on the plan of care needing changes.

   

4. Next, make any changes as needed.

5. Select the Save button.

   

Plans of Care that have expired or completed remain on a Client’s profile and can be hidden by selected the Hide Outdated checkbox. If for some reason a plan of care needs to be removed entirely from the Client’s profile:

1. Go to the Client Search under Main Menu > Client.

2. Locate and double click on the Client using the search filters.

3. Next, double click on the plan of care that needs to be removed.

   

4. Select Delete.

   

5. Next, select the OK button.

   The plan of care is deleted.
