To add a compliance document to a Client’s profile:

1. Go to the Client Search window under Main Menu > Client.

2. Locate and double click on the Client using the search filters.

3. Select Compliance.

4. Next, select the Add icon to add a new compliance document.

   

5. Select the document type to be added.

6. Select the Close button.

   

To view a compliance document on a Client’s profile:

1. Go to the Client Search window under Main Menu > Client.

2. Locate and double click on the Client using the search filters.

3. Select Compliance.

4. Double click on the document to be viewed.

   

To edit or update a compliance document on a Client’s profile:

1. Go to the Client Search window under Main Menu > Client.

2. Locate and double click on the Client using the search filters.

3. Select Compliance.

   

4. Double click on the document to be viewed.

5. Next, enter the updated or new information.

6. Select the Save button.

   

To remove an invalid or incorrect compliance document from a Client’s profile:

1. Go to the Client Search window under Main Menu > Client.

2. Locate and double click on the client using the search filters.

3. Select Compliance.

   

4. Double click on the document to be removed.

5. Select Delete.

   

6. Select Yes.
