Sandata Agency Management 03-Locations Window

The Locations window displays the physical location details for all offices in use by the agency. To access the Locations window, select Locations under Main Menu > Admin > System Setup > Locations.

Search Filters Closed

Search filters can be used to filter for locations that match the terms used. If no search filters are selected, all results are displayed.

Field	Description
Name	Use this field to filter by location name.
Hide In-Active Locations	Select this check box to remove in-active locations from the search.

Results List Closed

The results list displays all items matching the terms used in the search filters.

Field	Description
ID	Displays the location identification number.
Name	Displays the location name.
Active	Displays if the location is currently active.

Add a New Location Closed

To add a new location:

Go to the Locations window under Main Menu > Admin > System Setup > Locations.
Select the Add icon.
Complete the fields to add the required location information.
Select the Savebutton.

Remove a Location Closed

A location cannot be deleted if it has been attached to any data element. Attempting to remove an in-use location displays a warning message.

To remove an invalid or out of date location:

Go to the Locations window under Main Menu > Admin > System Setup > Locations.
Double click on the location to be removed.
Select Delete .
Then, select the Ok button.
