Attributes in Staff Member Profiles

Attributes can be added to a staff member’s profile to designate special traits an employee may have that don’t necessarily apply to professional certifications. These include things like languages spoken, allergies or locations that they primarily work that may be away from the home location.

To add an attribute to a staff member:

  1. Go to Main Menu > Staff.

  2. Locate and double click on the staff member using the search filters.

  3. Click Personal.

    Click Personal.

  4. Click the green + button under Attributes. This opens the Attribute window.

  5. Use the fields to enter the attribute information.

  6. Click Save.

A change in circumstances or situation may result in an attribute needing to be removed from a staff member’s profile.

To remove an attribute from a staff member's profile:

  1. Go to Main Menu > Staff.

  2. Locate and double click on the staff member using the search filters.

  3. Click Personal.

    Click Personal.

  4. Double click the attribute to be removed. This opens the Attribute window.

  5. Click Delete.

    Click Delete.

  6. Click Yes.

    Click Yes.

    The attribute is deleted.
