Add, Edit and Delete Inventory Sources

To add a new Inventory Source:

1. Go to Main Menu > Scheduling > Inventory > Inventory Source.

2. Click Add.

   

3. Enter the Inventory Source information.

4. Click Save.

   

To make edits or updates to an existing Inventory Source:

1. Go to Main Menu > Scheduling > Inventory > Inventory Source.

2. Double click on the Inventory Source to be edited.

   

3. Edit the Inventory Source information as needed.

4. Click Save.

   

To remove an incorrect, out of date or expired Inventory Source:

1. Go to Main Menu > Scheduling > Inventory > Inventory Source.

2. Double click on the Inventory Source to be edited.

   

3. Change the Status to 10 - Cancelled.

   

4. Select a Reason Code for the cancellation.

5. Enter any details in the Note field.

6. Click Save.

   

7. Click Save.
