Travel Time Exceeds Threshold Exception

A Travel Time Exceeds Threshold exception displays when the Caregiver travels farther for a visit than the threshold set in the system. A caregiver that exceeds the threshold may be ineligible to receive payment/travel time reimbursement depending on their reason for exceeding this distance.

To resolve a Travel Time Exceeds Threshold Exception:

  1. Double click on the visit to open the Schedule Detail.

  2. Make the correct adjustments to the TT Bill or TT Pay fields as needed.

  3. If confirming the visit, select a reason code. Click Save.
