Carfare Exception

A Carfare Exception displays when an incorrect amount of Car Fare is reported by the staff member. This amount can be affected by mileage, tolls, or other associated costs.

Carfare Exceptions require the agency to have the car fare system settings configured. If the settings are not configured, this exception does not display.

Resolving a Carfare Exception

  1. Double click on the visit to open the Schedule Detail.

  2. Enter the correct amount in the Carfare field if applicable.
