Abandoned Visit Exception

An Abandoned Visit exception displays when a mobile application user abandons the visit in the mobile app. This closes the visit on the app and only sends a clock in.

To resolve an Abandoned Visit Exception:

  1. Contact the staff member to find out if the visit was abandoned intentionally or by accident.

  2. Determine the next step if the visit was abandoned intentionally. Reassign a new staff member, reschedule the visit or cancel if the client declines service and no replacement is necessary.
