Getting Started with Sandata Agency Management
Welcome to the Sandata Agency Management System! Whether you’re a first-timer or an experienced user looking for help, this guide will get you started quickly.
The Sandata Agency Management System is a powerful tool designed to streamline your agency's operations and allow you to better focus on your client’s care. Sandata Agency Management puts managing client information, scheduling visits, performing billing, and helpful reporting tools right at your fingertips. Let's dive in!
- Log in to Your Account: To get started, log in to your Sandata Agency Management account using the credentials provided to you. If you don't have an account yet, contact your system administrator for access.

Navigate using the Menu Bar: Once logged in, you can explore the modules in the system from the menu bar. The Module buttons on the Dashboard are used to access the different parts of the system. Clicking the button once proceeds to the associated module, while mousing over the button provides a list of the module’s additional features.

Breadcrumbs: With the Breadcrumbs at the bottom of the screen, you’ll never be lost! Use the Breadcrumbs to return to a previous module or screen to save time, double check information, make a correction, or anything else you may need to do while using the system.

Manage Clients: The heart of any agency is its clients. Sandata Agency Management helps you keep track of your clients so that you can focus on their care. In the Clients module, you can view your client’s important details such as their contact information, medications, and schedules for care. To add a new client, navigate to the Clients tab and click Add Client. Fill in the required information such as name, contact details, and any specific care needs.

Scheduling Appointments: In addition to managing your clients information, Sandata Agency Management allows you to schedule their care. Whether that is an onsite appointment or a home visit, efficient scheduling is vital. To schedule an appointment for a client, go to the Scheduling module. Select the client, choose a date and time, and assign a caregiver if needed. Click Save to confirm the appointment.

Billing, Invoicing and Payroll: With Sandata Agency Management, you can ensure accurate billing by entering client services and generating invoices. Access the Billing module, to add service details, set up payer information and create invoices for clients. Sandata Agency Management helps you keep track of payments and payroll to keep your clients healthy and your staff paid.

Reports and Analytics: Monitor your staff and agency’s performance through reports and analytics. Go to the Reports module to access valuable insights into client care, scheduling efficiency, and billing history.

Support and Resources: If you ever need assistance or have questions, use the Help module in the menu bar. You can also use the this Knowledge Base for user guides and instructions.
