Exclude a Staff Member from a Client Profile
To exclude a staff member from a client profile:

Navigate to the Client Search screen via Main Menu > Client.

Locate and double click on the client using the search filters.

Click Personal.

Click the Green + under Staff Excluded from Client.

Locate and double click on the staff member using the filters and enter the exclusion details.

Click Save.
The exclusion is added to the client’s admission.
