Merge Calls on a Schedule in a Client Profile

When conducting a visit, there may be overlapping calls that need to be merged for billing purposes. To merge calls on a scheduled visit:

  1. Go to the Client Search screen via Main Menu > Client.

  2. Locate and double click on the client using the search filters.

  3. Click Schedules.

    Click Schedules.

  4. Use the filters and check boxes to select the starting and ending dates for the schedules to be viewed.

  5. Click Refresh.

  6. Right click on the schedule to be edited, and select Merge Calls.

  7. Locate and select the calls to be merged using the search filters.

  8. Click Merge.

    Locate and select the calls to be merged using the search filters. Click Merge.

  9. Click OK.

    Click OK.

  10. Select the reason code.

    Select the reason code.

  11. Click Save.
