Delete a Schedule Template from a Client's Profile

The Delete Template option is used to remove a previously created event template from a client’s permanent schedule.

To remove a template:

  1. Go to the Client Search screen via Main Menu > Client.

  2. Locate and double click on the client using the search filters.

  3. Click Permanent.

  4. Right click in the Schedules Generated Through area and select Delete Template from the dropdown.

  5. The template is deleted.
