Referral Sources in the Client Profile

To add a referral source to a client’s profile:

1. Go to the Client Search screen via Main Menu > Client.

2. Locate and double click on the client using the search filters.

3. Click the blue Arrow under Referral Source.

   

4. Click Yes.

   

5. Enter the referral source’s contact information.

6. Click Save.

To make changes to a current referral source on a client’s admission:

1. Go to the Client Search screen via Main Menu > Client.

2. Locate and double click on the client using the search filters.

   

3. Use the drop down to select the source to be viewed.

   

4. Click the blue Arrow.

   

5. Make any changes or revisions to the referral source.

   

6. Click Save.

To remove an out of date or invalid referral source from the Client Profile:

1. Go to the Client Search screen via Main Menu > Client.

2. Locate and double click on the client using the search filters.

   

3. Use the drop down to select the source to be viewed.

   

4. Click the blue Arrow.

   

5. Click Delete.

   

6. Click Yes.

   

To view the current referral sources on a client’s profile:

1. Go to the Client Search screen via Main Menu > Client.

2. Locate and double click on the client using the search filters.

   

3. Use the drop down to select the source to be viewed.

   

4. Click the blue Arrow.
