Plan of Care in the Client Profile

To add a new plan of care to a client’s profile:

1. Go to the Client Search screen via Main Menu > Client.

2. Locate and double click on the client using the search filters.

   

3. Click Plan of Care.

4. Click the green + button.

   

5. Enter the plan of care details in the Plan of Care Detail window.

   

6. Click Save.

To make an update or change to a client’s existing Plan of Care:

1. Go to the Client Search screen via Main Menu > Client.

2. Locate and double click on the client using the search filters.

   

3. Click Plan of Care.

4. Double click on the plan of care needing changes.

   

   Make any changes as needed.

   

5. Click Save.

Plans of Care that have expired or completed remain on a client’s profile and can be hidden by selected the Hide Outdated check box.

If for some reason a plan of care needs to be removed entirely from the client’s profile:

1. Go to the Client Search screen via Main Menu > Client.

2. Locate and double click on the client using the search filters.

   

3. Click Plan of Care.

4. Double click on the plan of care needing removal.

   

5. Click Delete.

   

6. Click OK.

   

   The plan of care is deleted.
