Add or Remove a Medication from a Client Profile

Medications are set when creating the admission, but may require more as a diagnosis is confirmed.

To add a medication to the Client Profile:

  1. Go to the Client Search screen via Main Menu > Client.

  2. Locate and double click on the client using the search filters.

  3. Click Medications.

    Click Medications.

  4. Click the + button.

    Click the + button.

  5. Enter the medication details.

    Enter the medication details.

  6. Click Save.

Client medication may change as they progress through treatment or recovery. To remove a medication from the Client Profile:

  1. Go to the Client Search screen via Main Menu > Client.

  2. Locate and double click on the client using the search filters.

  3. Click Medications.

    Click Medications.

  4. Double click on the medication to be deleted.

    Double click on the medication to be deleted.

  5. Click Delete.

    Click Delete.
