Goals in the Client Profile

To add a new goal to a client’s profile:

1. Go to the Client Search screen via Main Menu > Client.

2. Locate and double click on the client using the search filters.

   

3. Click Goals.

4. Click the green + button.

   

5. Enter the goal details on the Goals Window.

   

6. Click Save.

To edit or make a change to a client’s existing goal:

1. Go to the Client Search screen via Main Menu > Client.

2. Locate and double click on the client using the search filters.

   

3. Click Goals.

4. Double click on the goal to edit.

   

5. Make the changes to the goal as needed.

   

6. Click Save.

Although it does not need to be, if a goal is accomplished it can be removed from the client’s profile.

To remove a completed or invalid goal from a client’s profile:

1. Go to the Client Search screen via Main Menu > Client.

2. Locate and double click on the client using the search filters.

   

3. Click Goals.

4. Double click on the goal to be removed.

   

5. Click Delete.

   

6. Click Yes.

   

   The goal is removed from the client’s profile.
