Attach, View and Remove a Document in the Client Profile

When creating a client’s admission, it may be necessary to attach additional files for future reference.

To attach a file to the Client Profile:

  1. Go to the Client Search screen via Main Menu > Client.

  2. Locate and double click on the client using the search filters.

  3. Click Documents.

  4. Click the + button.

    Click the + button.

  5. Double click on the document type.

    Double click on the document type.

  6. Click Load to open the File Uploader window.

    Click Load to open the File Uploader window.

  7. Select the file to be attached. Click Save.

    Select the file to be attached. Click Save.

  8. Click Finish.

    Click Finish.

To remove a document from a client's profile:

  1. Go to the Client Search screen via Main Menu > Client.

  2. Locate and double click on the client using the search filters.

  3. Click Documents.

    Click Documents.

  4. Double click on the document to be deleted.

  5. Click Delete.

    Click Delete.

  6. Click Yes.

    Click Yes.

To view an attachment on the client’s admission:

  1. Go to the Client Search screen via Main Menu > Client.

  2. Locate and double click on the client using the search filters.

  3. Click Documents.

    Click Documents.

  4. Double click on the document to be viewed.
