Add or Remove an Allergy from a Patient Profile

Allergies can be added to the Client Profile by clicking into the box and adding text or by using a preexisting template.

To add an allergy to a client’s admission:

  1. Go to the Client Search screen via Main Menu > Client.

  2. Locate and double click on the client using the search filters.

  3. Click Medical.

    Click Medical.

  4. Click the Thumbtack button under Allergies.

    To add a new allergy, click Add Text As New Template and enter the allergy name.

    Click the Thumbtack button.

  5. Double click on the allergy to be added.

To remove an allergy or duplicate from a Client Profile:

  1. Go to the Client Search screen via Main Menu > Client.

  2. Locate and double click on the client using the search filters.

  3. Click Medical.

    Click Medical.

  4. Highlight the allergy or duplicate to be removed in the Allergies box and press Delete on the keyboard.

    Highlight the allergy or duplicate to be removed in the Allergies box and press Delete on the keyboard.

  5. Click Save.

    Click Save.
